Medac has confirmed its commitment to supporting artisanal gelato with an initiative dedi-cated to the 2025 Jubilee. On the occasion of the European Gelato Day, which took place on March 24, the Salerno company has chosen to support the Artglace association by providing the cups in which the flavor of the year will be offered: "Hallelujah". This is a specialty created specifically to give a touch of exclusive sweetness to the Holy Year and whose recipe is characterized by gianduia notes with toasted hazelnuts and a pure choco-late variegation.
