About Us
Our story begins in Salerno in 1960, when Carlo Mendozzi founded the company Medac with the goal of creating a family business capable of meeting the needs of the artisanal ice cream industry. From the very beginning, Medac distinguished itself for the care dedicated to its customers, a value that still guides our work today.
Over the years, we have grown, expanding from Italy to Europe and the entire world, maintaining a family management now entrusted to the founder’s daughters, Francesca and Paola. Our product range has expanded to include 200 solutions, designed to meet the diverse needs of the artisanal ice cream world and the Ho.re.ca. sector.
Our commitment to quality and the environment is embedded in our processes and certified by prestigious recognitions.
Every year, we participate in the most important trade fairs, including SIGEP World, where we have been present since the first edition in 1979. Our mission is to continue innovating, respecting the environment, and supporting the success of artisanal gelato, an Italian excellence recognized worldwide.
Medac represents joy, color, and creativity for your products!
